What is the Harlequins fundraising site plan?
The site plan of Harlequins club that has been divided into 3,200 blocks, each individual block represents funds to help build a better future for Harlequins. For the sponsor it represents a chance
to put their name in Harlequins history, whilst also being eligible for a series of raffle which will run for a period of three years.
Where can the site plan be viewed?
The Site Plan can be viewed in 2 locations:
1. Online on www.corkharlequins.com in a searchable PDF file.
2. A BILLBOARD of the site plan, mounted on the side of our clubhouse.
Where should I buy space within the site plan?
Individuals are welcome to choose where they would like to purchase space within the site plan.
People have different reasons for purchasing in different areas e.g:
1. Somewhere within Harlequins that means something to you?
Where you scored your first goal from? Your most memorable goal? Where you hit your first 6 runs? Your seat in the bar?
Your space in the car park? Where you watch matches from etc.
2. A number that mean something to you, your lucky number! Shirt number! The year you were born etc.
What is the cost of purchasing space in the Harlequins Fundraising Site Plan?
Each block in the site plan COSTS €25. For this price your name is entered into the block or blocks you purchase within the site plan, entering your name as an essential contributor in Harlequins History.
It is important to remember that for as little as €25, you are supporting Cork Harlequins and also entering yourself into a raffle which has a life span of three years. The more blocks you purchase, the more your helping the club, whilst increasing your chances in the raffle.
The number or numbers contained within the block(s) you purchase will be your number(s) for the lifespan of the raffle.
What can I win in the raffle?
No 1: €2,000 worth of cash prizes when the site plan is full, e.g. 1st = €1,000, 2nd €500 etc
No 2: Continuous draws for sets of 2 tickets for IHL league Home matches, ISC, IJC etc.
No 3: Continuous draws for sets of tickets to Harlequins functions e.g. Fancy Dress, Christmas Party etc
How do I order space within the site plan?
You can order space within the site plan via our online order form (click here to open).
This form will send a message to our site map sales team, who will then contact you by e-mail to give you your order
number and confirm for you that the blocks you have ordered are available.
Blocks will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

What details do we need to enter your name on the site plan?
We require the name or names that you would like to be entered into each individual block.
We also require a mobile number and e-mail address so that we can contact you in the event of your winning a prize in the raffle.
This information will be kept by the site plan co-ordinator in Harlequins and will not be made available to any third party.
How can I pay for my purchases?
Cash: Can be paid to any of the Management committee in Harlequins, please include a note quoting your order number.

Cheque: Made payable to Cork Harlequins Club, and posted to Cork Harlequins Hockey Club, Farmers Cross, Cork, Republic of Ireland;
please enclose your order number. Harlequins do not take responsibility for any cheques that are lost in the post.
A bank transfer facility is also available, details of which will be sent to customers who reserve their blocks on line.
