Club Championships 2005
Venue
The 2005 Howard Holdings Club Championship will be played at the new water based
pitch at Garryduff Sports Centre on 30th April, 1st/2nd May 2005.
Support Needed
Harlequins mens 1st's qualified for the Tournament by defeating Glenanne 8-2 on agg.
So they will be joining Ulster teams Annadale and Lisnagarvey and Leinster team Aer Lingus in the final four.
This is a great oportunity to see hockey of the highest quality in Ireland on display, and is the first time that
the competition has been held in Cork. Harlequins Recently won this tournament in 2002 (click here for more info)
and were runners up in 2004 (click here to see photos).You support is greatly needed! So get your flags and face paints ready and
come support the "Mighty Quins".

Howard Holdings Club Championships and the forthcoming Men's Tri Nations
International Tournament next week on the channel's weekly sports magazine,
Sports Weekly.
As part of the preview, the programme speaks to Irish Hockey Association
Chief Executive Paul Varian, Irish Men's National Coach and High Performance
Director Dave Passmore, IHA Munster president Jose Rose and Frank Gormley,
Chairman of Howard Holdings, who is sponsoring the event this year.
The programme airs on a number of occasions during the week - Monday, April
25 - 5:30pm (first run); Tuesday, April 26 - 6:00pm and 9:00pm; Wednesday, April
27 - 7:00pm; Friday, April 29 - 5:30pm; Saturday, April 30 - 10:30pm. To
