On a very wet & dark evening in Bandon, Quins had a comfortable victory to maintain their three point advantage at the top of the league table. Jason Black opened the scoring after just 3 minutes when his powerful shot from a short corner rebound found the bottom corner of the goal. Quins continued to press but in spite of constant pressure failed to increase the lead with the very wet conditions making short corners very difficult to execute. Mark Black scored the second in the 22nd minute getting a vital touch to John Hobbs swept corner effort.

In the second half with Quins continuing to push forward David Egner scored from close range form a pass from Richard Gash (9th min) or was it a case of David stealing Richard's goal bound shot!
