Quarter Final, First Leg

Saturday 17th April 2004

Quins scored had a good 2-1 victory away to TRR in the first leg of this Club Championship quarter final tie. The match was played in bitterly cold conditions with very heavy rain & this made life very difficult for all concerned. Quins got off to a great start when Eaks opened the scoring with a crisp corner finish after just three minutes. Jason Black made it two nil from our second corner after 10 minutes. Many chances were created on both sides for the remainder of the half but in spite of many close shaves there was no addition to the score.

The second half flowed end to end & TRR scored from a deflected corner four minutes from the final whistle.
