The firsts attacked from the off & were thwarted on many occasions by inspired keeping from Chris Daunt. David Eakins scored the first goal after 7 minutes from a short corner. Sean Nicholson scored the second after 24 minutes with a powerful rising shot which found the corner of the net. Edward Gash finished the first half scoring with an well struck shot from the top of the circle after an excellent passing movement.

The firsts kept up the pace at the start of the second half & were rewarded after 14 minutes with a second goal by Edward. Two minutes later David Egner scored with a very sharp rebound off the keepers pads. Killian Deasy was rewarded for a very had working performance witha goal on 21 minutes. David Egner scored the final goal 5 minutes from time with a very interesting touch over Skinty's head.
