A very good Quins performance in the 3rd round of the ISC. Quins played the game at great pace, passed the ball with accuracy & put the Antrim defence under constant pressure from the off. Early pressure paid off with Locky scoring the first goal after 7 minutes when he rebounded an Eaks corner over the keeper to the net. In the 12th minute Colm Brady scored his first goal for the team with a fine finish from play. Locky was on hand to touch home his second in the 14th minute following an excellent run & pass from Ducks. Paul Lombard made it 4 goals in the 18 minute with a very good strike from the top of the circle & John Hobbs scored the 5th goal of the half in the 29th minute.

Quins continued to play positive hockey into the second half & Eaks scored 2 goal between the 7th & 10th minutes. Quins continued to press & scored 4 more goals in the last 8 minutes. Paul Lombard scored with two excellent strikes in the space of two minutes to score a fine hat trick. Eaks also completed his hat trick in the 31st minute following good play from Ducks. Edward finally got the goal that his performance deserved when he scored from the penalty spot in the final minute.
