Conditions were perfect for a hockey match. The sun shone brightly last Sunday 30th March as the Division 4 ladies took to the pitch led by captain fantastic Orla Higgins.

Quins took the lead early on with two Eileen Collins goals.

Mallow had a period of pressure at the end of the first half and brought the score back to 2-1.

Coach Dave Egner gave an inspiring half time talk and Quins went on to score again in the second half through Sarah Dale.
