After a number of set backs in recent weeks, a 3-2 defeat away to Waterford 2nds (it wasn't 3-1 or 4-1 Alan, the person on the team who told you that must have been suffering from the night before!) & a walkover given to Galway 2nds, the 4ths return to form with a 4-0 victory. Inspired by the returning Leslie Daunt, Mick O'Driscoll (after his spell in China) & David Curtin (after his one match retirement!) this was a competent rather than a spectacular performance. Quins pressed forward from the off & were rewarded with a great strike from Alan Bryan after 25 minutes. Five minutes later the superbly fit Leslie Daunt scored with a cracking shot from the top of the circle. Into the second half & Mick entered the fray & he latched onto two chances from close range to finish in style.
