In the Munster Senior Cup on Saturday, cup holders Cork Harlequins handed out a crushing 11-0 defeat to Belvedere in their semi-final match at Ballincollig Community School. Richard Gash and David Eakins gave Harlequins a 2-0 half time lead.

In the second half Harlequins scored five times in the opening 12 minutes to kill off the game. The Harlequins scorers in the second half were David Eakins (2), Edward Gash, Richard Gash (2), David Egner, Jason Black and Sean Nicholson. They are to meet Cork Curch of Ireland (A) in the final.
