Quins advanced to the 4th round of the ISC with a fine victory over visitors Dublin University. Quins opened the scoring after nine minutes from a short corner move which was finished to the net by Edward Gash. The lead was increased 10 minutes later when Richard Gash swept home a rebound following a good save by the Dublin University keeper. Quins third goal was a cracking shot by Jason Black from the top of the circle which found the roof of the net. A fourth goal followed on the stroke of half time when David Eakins scored with a fine drag flick from another short corner.

In the second half Quins continued to press forward but failed to make the most of the opportunities that came their way. In fact Dublin University scored from a short corner after 12 minutes of the half. Quins responded in great style when Richard Gash was on hand the flick the ball over the keeper after the initial shot had been saved.

Richard Gash is congratulated after scoring his second, and Harlequins' fifth goal of the afternoon.

The Dublin University 'keeper looks good, but the shot is high and wide - this would have made it 6-1.
