The Munster Senior League top of the table clash ended scoreless at Garryduff on Saturday. In a very tight game, scoring opportunities were at a premium & there were very few chances. Quins won the short corner count 7-3 but failed to make the most of these situations. The closest any side came to breaking the deadlock was when John Aherne fired a tremendous ball across the C of I goal for Paul Lombard to touch but the ball flashed just beyond the post. A very steady performance from Quins but one that will need to be improved upon in the New Year.
