Harlequins 1sts wrapped up their league campaign in style with a 5-0 win over C of I, meaning that they win the league without dropping a point all season.

Cork Harlequins Julia O Halloran received the award in recognition of her achievements during 2005, at the Irish Examiner National Junior Sports Star Awards last week.

Harlequins Jan Dillion, Mary Goode, Jane Chapple, Johanna Hyland, Rachel Kohler and Karen Bateman all represented Munster at the Ladies Interprovincials in Garryduff. Munster narrowly lost out to Ulster in the final decider.
